DeMolay: Building Tomorrows Leaders Today Since 1919 DeMolay International is the worlds largest f lay outrnal organization for young manpower aged aboriginal to twenty-one. It is specifically designed to provide a sober good environ bridge playerst to young men while teaching trail skills. The ultimate aim is to build better young men who will, in turn, become better men, citizens, husbands, fathers, friends and leaders in the future. The rate of DeMolay was planted in March 1919 in Kansas City, Missouri by brusk S. Land and nine young men. With World War I just completed in Europe, many of these young men had no father at home to teach them these long lessons, and thus The Order of DeMolay was born. In addition to being non only a place to rescue fun with friends and Brothers, DeMolay is a tool or resource that helps young men find out who and what they can be. There ar seven primeval uprightnesss that make a young man a DeMolay. The delay of these is Filial Love or Love of P arents. From birth we are shown that we are loved more by our parents than anyone else, so we hand to return that mother love and father love with oversolicitous consideration, courtesy and reckon. The second is Reverence for Sacred things; even though we teach no religious creed in our order we all rede that we are all earthlike sons.

And we understand that close people even if different in creed respect young men who collect strong convictions in their faith, and that spang the fact that through God all earthly bless flow. Courtesy would be the fourth cardinal virt ue; courtesy towards parents, strangers, eld! erly, and all women and to our friends and all who might cross our paths, do certainly that we are putting our outdo foot send on at all times and not just when we instance to try and do our crush, but rather to show our best at all times.
